(CL) Jim Johnson (R)–Recorded his 36th save of the season on Saturday night after pitching a scoreless ninth inning retiring all three batters he faced in order. He needed only 10 pitches to get through the appearance forcing two ground ball outs and one fly ball out to get the job done. (08/19/12)
(SU) Pedro Strop (R)–Picked up his 21st hold of the season on Saturday despite giving up two runs on two hits in the eighth inning. Despite the rough outing Strop is still sitting on a 1.51 earned-run average on the season. (08/19/12)
(MR) Darren O’Day (R)–Took the loss on Friday night after surrendering a game-winning home run to Prince Fielder in the eighth inning. He recorded just one out in the appearance and falls to 6-1 on the season. (08/18/12)
