Jon Rauch Signs With The Blue Jays

Reliever and part-time closer Jon Rauch signed with the Toronto Blue Jays.  Rauch gets a $3.5 million salary this year, and the Blue Jays have a $3.75 million club option for 2012 with a $250,000 buyout.
